How to request and complete a ballot for the 2024 Fond du Lac General Election
Cast a Ballot via Absentee Walk-In
- Any FDL Band member can vote before the June 11 election day.
- Simply stop in at the General Election Office – 1720 Big Lake Road Cloquet MN 55720 – with your Minnesota State ID and your FDL reservation number and vote.
- Check the FDL Elections website for Election Office hours.
- It’s that easy!
Requesting a Ballot for Mail-In:
- Print a ballot request form from.
- Fill the ballot request form out, take a picture of it or scan to PDF and send that photo to the Election Board email address: FDLGeneralElectionBoard@fdlrez.com.
- The FDL election board will email you back to confirm they received your request and mail you a ballot.
Completing Your Mail-In Ballot:
Once you receive your ballot, you must do four things:
- Complete the ballot.
- Place your ballot in the inner envelope.
- Place the inner envelope in the outer envelope and have THAT envelope notarized.
- Mail your completed & notarized ballot to:
